I ordered a STEEL snow shovel. You delivered a PLASTIC snow shovel, in spite of the fact that the product item number was clearly different from the desired product's item number. I give you an F minus on your failure to perform the most BASIC function of a mail order transaction. Everything after that, in other words your return process, was executed flawlessly. But I am very disinclined to trust your mail order process again.
