Melting Directions: Double Boiler: Place 2 cups morsels in top double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Do not cover. Prevent water from coming in contact with morsels. When morsels begin to turn shiny, stir constantly until melted. Once melted, immediately remove top pan with melted morsels from bottom pan.We recommend melting no more that 2 cups of morsels at a time. Once melted, use immediately. Melting Directions:Microwave: Melt  2 cup morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 45 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted. Microwaves vary, melting times may need to be adjusted.

They are Nestle.. That's all I have to know when it comes to my Holiday treats. Nestle Toll House Semi Sweet Chips and Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips, Can't make my fudge without them.. Along with Carnation Cream , Jif Peanut Butter and Domino sugar. Now the rest of the year I may buy other brands but when it comes to serious treats it got to be these brands. They are the Best.

I use Nestles when I make my fantasy fudge, and you can't go wrong with this product. It melts perfectly, and the taste is great It's also a good little snack, sometimes I just grab a handful and let them melt in my mouth and they satisfy my need when craving something sweet.
