Disappointed

I ordered the 2-3 years size for my niece's 3rd birthday and when I took it out of the package it looked big...I had her try it on and not only was it too big, it was also a little see through. Luckily, it fit her 5 yr old sister but because of her party being close I dont have time to return it and wait for the new size to come in. Not really what I was hoping for for the price.
