Does block carb absorption but not complete, still must exercise portion control. Take 2 capsules before carb meal for best results. I have continuous glucose monitor and can see the results trying this product and try taking with one capsule at a time or both same time. Both same time is better. If used right blood sugar will not exceed 200 and no side effects on me.
