Star Wars: The Black Series Holocomm Collection Ahsoka Tano Kids Toy Action Figure for Boys and Girls Ages 4 5 6 7 8 and Up (6”)

This is a unique take on the Black Series of Hasbro's Star Wars figures. Six inch highly detailed and articulated figures of popular characters in hologram or "holocomm" transmission form. While some may dislike translucent plastics these figures are probably as delicate as having one with chrome, diecast, or rubber. It has problems but they are mostly for display. The light could be brighter as these seem to illuminate only the bottom half, but you can purchase other stands that really make the figure glow. The light stand does feel like it is bright though and you can get really decent effects with a reflective backing to help pipe the lighting upwards; just remember to not store it or display it for long term with the batteries. If these were ever made in 4 inch scale I think they would glow up really well, but they would likely have a smaller stand. This is Ahsoka Tano as depicted by Rosario Dawson. The packaging is very nice for display with complimenting blue on black with nice artwork on the spine. If you are a fan of the Mandalorian or Ahsoka this is a nice figure to compliment your collection as it feels like a very unique one off. I myself enjoy translucent figures but take extra care when posing them. Not an absolute must have for a collection, be it just an Ahsoka fan but for a completionist it's a really good figure. Not many figures have been ported to the Holocomm collection so it may be a collectors item one day years from now as a rare series. You get the stand that takes 3 AAA batteries, a clear sign that displays a bounty hunter "bounty" if you choose to use it as a sort of intended "wanted poster" and Ahsoka's two lightsabers which are translucent along with the figure itself. 5 out of 5. It does what it does out of the box perfectly. Had no problems with it, nothing that can't be modded or fixed. Joints were not too tight, no boiling required, light piping is ok in my cabinet. Maybe just the very slight nit pick of light strength but as I said, it works as intended. I couldn't get this upon release but got a notification later and ordered it and I'm happy with it.

I'm not usually a Star Wars figure fan but these figures are really cool! Representing the look of a Holocomm call or bounty is a nice touch for this line.
