If possible all puppies should receive colostrum by nursing on their mother for the first several days. Weighing puppies at the beginning and every 3 days will help to determine the amount that should be fed. Bottle fed puppies should be fed 1 teaspoon (5mL) per 4 ounces (115g) of body weight every 3-4 hours. Feeding amounts and frequency vary according to individual needs. Smaller and weaker puppies may need increased feeding frequency. As puppies become older the feeding frequency may be decreased and the amount per feeding increased. At 4 to 6 weeks you may begin offering reconstituted PetLac in a shallow bowl for the puppies to lap. Do not discontinue bottle feeding until the puppies are eating well on their own.

Mixing directions for milk replacer plus:Mix one tablespoon powder with two tablespoons warm water to make approximately 2 1/3 tablespoons (7 teaspoons/35 ml) of liquid. This amount will feed a 4 oz. (115g) puppy for approximately 1 day.Feeding directions:If possible all puppies should receive colostrum by nursing on their mother for the first several days. I used this formula when the puppie's mother was not producing any milk. I also fed it to the mother because she didn't want to eat %26 she was thin. She drank this right up %26 her milk started coming in enough to feed her puppy. She gained weight %26 looked really healthy again. The puppy survived %26 is doing great. best for sick dogs, especially puppies!

this is literally the best for sick dogs, especially puppies! as my dogs get sick easily(poor immune system, and am working on building it up), and recently one of my non animal freindly dogs (usually seperated but my significant other accidently let him out of his play pen ,72 in h x74 w, thinking i had everyone else secure) went after my pup so im mixing it with instinct grain free salmon wet food and water to make a slurry and it works! its really easy to use!
