Great pan - non-stick surface is excellent

This is a great pan that I've used a lot in the short time I've had it. The first thing I tried was an omelette and it worked great. The egg slid right out when it was cooked. The lid really helped hold the heat in to melt the cheese on top. Heavy duty and feels like it will last a long time.
