Handy little hot pot
I specifically chose a hot pot with a separate base for easier cleaning, but still need to take care not to get moisture into the pot bottom's vents. I also prefer stainless steel to nonstick for health reasons. I use it mostly for boiling pasta, hard cooked eggs and heating up leftover soups, stews and chili made in my slow cooker.
