i had to have several biopsies and minor facial surgery and I ordered this product as part of a nutritional approach to help healing. What I noticed is that with this supplement, I am getting so much better sleep at night and I am not napping during the day at all any more. I also find myself less tired than I was. So this has worked well int he short term for things other than facial healing, and I will see how it works long term for facial surgery healing..

Great results after jaw surgery

I took this supplement for 10 days post jaw surgery and I felt amazing on it! It helped with swelling, bruising, and energy levels on a liquid diet. I also got bloodwork done and it was the best bloodwork I've had in 5 years, even with the blood loss I had during surgery. I normally have iron-deficiency anemia and low white blood cells but the blood counts were FINALLY normal. I am not sure if it's just a coincidence but I highly recommend this! I wish this brand made a daily multivitamin as well.
