Good tires, horrible install experience

Very difficult transaction, took 2 tries to get it right, the first time the told my daughter sorry we only have 3 tires even though 4 were ordered/paid and turned her away. I went in the second time, still only had 3 but then somehow found the 4th. Then waiting for the associate to check me out took a long time. He did not know what he was doing and had to keep re-doing the transaction.

First off getting the tires and having them installed at Walmart was a breeze specially being able to set appointment in and out within a hour for 4 tires . The Goodyear brand are good nice quite ride good mileage warranty I would definitely recommend them.

Not willing to rotate my tires

The price and product are great! custumer service could be better, I had some issues after changing two tires and let the technitian know that I want these new tire son the front and the front use tires on the rear, we agree to that but when picking up the car the technitian didnt even touch the fron whells so he replaced the rear tire andf lats it. It looks like they wanted to go home and were not willing to rotate my tires. I was if they can rotat the tires and the told me that I had to pay for that because the roytation was not included. After I bought two brand new tires with the hazard insurance and paid for the installation as well, I didn't understand the way they do business.
