You won't be disappointed! This tent is exactly what you are looking for! My husband and I went camping in another tent. We were in the middle of a pretty heavy summer storm and I wasn't able to open up the doors or windows so I was burning up. I did a LOT of research and decided on this tent because of reviews and price. There's PLENTY of ventilation and the awnings over the doors allow me to open the screens a little and there is space between the rain fly and tent to allow air to move through. I did scotch guard and seam seal it just because we have dealt with tents leaking in the past. We went camping and a pretty decent storm rolled through. It didn't leak at all and a nice breeze was blowing through the tent. There's usually only 3 of us camping in it so there was more than enough room. We had a Queen and twin air mattress, 2 fans, and all of our clothes/towels/toiletries and still had room to walk around. It's extremely easy to put up and break down once you get the hang of it. Make sure to stake it first. This helps give stability when you are putting the wall poles in. The wall poles have colored tape on them, but the actual roof poles are the color of the sleeves they slide through. That's probably common sense to some people, but it did take me a minute to realize that I wasn't looking for matching tape. It took my son and I about 7 minutes total to put up. I'm very happy with this purchase and can't wait for future camping trips.

This tent is amazing! Extremely roomy and sturdy. My husband and I had a queen size air mattress, a 6 foot table with 2 chairs (could have fit 4) a portable air conditioner a porta potty and our dog in this tent and had plenty of room to walk around. We took the room divider and used it as a curtain for privacy while using the porta potty. The awnings are nice, though we haven't experienced them with the rain yet. Super easy to put together and take apart. We are very satisfied with this purchase.
