We use these all the time!
We use these all the time. For a breakfast on the go, the night before during food prep, we use plain Greek yogurt, a little more then half full and then fill the rest of the cup with frozen mixed fruit . Granola of course on the top section. Next day, fruit is thawed and everything is naturally sweetened. We use them also as breakfast pudding cups. Without the top part for granola. The night before, We mix one can of coconut milk, 3/4 cups of chia seeds, 2tablespoons of maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and a splash of vanilla. Mix mix mix until you know it is thickening and then divide into into 3 cups. Fill the remaining space with frozen mixed fruit. Pretty yummy!
