NutriChef PKRTO28_0 Premium Version Multifunction Grill Oven, 28 lbs, Black

I did my homework before ordering this oven combo, read the reviews. I ordered it and while waiting for it to be delivered, I forgot the measurements so I began by downloading the manual from the Nutrichef website. The manual that matched this model had FOUR dials not THREE. I thought maybe my 3 dial model was included in the manual as sometimes happens. But then I came accross the same model, with 3 dials on Amazon which was about $20 cheaper?! At the bottom of the description for my model on Amazon it had a side note that a newer version was available and I clicked on the picture. The newer model has 4 dials and matches the manual for the model I had ordered. Well, my suspicion antenna went up, zzzzzzppp! Something seemed off? So I began investigating and found quite a few things we wrong. Too much to detail here but combining reviews from multiple store websites I learned the oven had multiple bad reviews about their oven inly lasting 1 year, hot plates not getting hot enough to even WARM gravy, more negatives put together that would normally turn me away from buying a product. What concerned me most was that the oven has NO WRITTEN WARRANTY! All things put together, if the oven only lasted a year, no warranty, hot plates not warm enough, etc. I'd be out a good amount of money. And since the only way I could test it was to use it, and no warranty!, forget it! It was delivered yesterday but I'm not even going to open it and return it immediately. Hopefully they sill come pick it up as it is too heavy for me. Oh, and there is crazy stuff going on with a mess of model numbers not matching the product and, of course Walmart has the same model 3 dial, as the 4 dial with at least 4 different prices. Lots of fishy stuff going on at Walmart and the manufacrure of this product.????? (4 dial model had features not available on the 3 dial model.)

We just started using this and it's not working. Heating up at all. The elements are not getting hot
