They WORK!
I bought these for my daughters to help with nail breakage. I'm shocked by how much of a difference 2 months of supplementation has made. I had to switch to adult nail clippers because the nails are so much stronger! They no longer have issues with peeling and splitting nails. I'm convinced these are worth the expense. Plus they love the flavor! It motivates them to let me brush hair in the morning
