My husband asked me to make a chocolate cream pie so I picked up a chocolate cookie crust, a box of Jello COOK AND SERVE pudding and a pint of heavy cream. Well now we're on a pudding kick. When I went to put more in my cart I scrolled down and up popped My T Fine brand. I wanted to compare flavors and growing up my Mom always had that brand in the cupboard so I ordered 2 boxes. I made it right away when it arrived (always with whole milk only) and the taste was very nostalgic. I loved it. I'll buy both brands due to price, quality and flavor but I found the My T Fine to have more of a bittersweet chocolate taste which I really enjoyed.

As a child I grew up with cooked pudding like this, and as an adult I have had an opportunity to try instant and cooked pudding. There is no real comparison for me, cooked pudding wins. This chocolate cooked pudding seems to have the consistency and texture I recall from childhood. It seems to be suffering from shrinkflation, but the quality is very good and across batches it is very consistant.
