Excellent!
We just started taking it and will be continuing for maybe 3-4 months more and then brake. One month isn't enough to see the result. This supplement is packed into foil and it's a little tricky to get it out but may be a better way to protect ingredients from sunlight. It's not a gummy - it's more jelly I'd say 🙂
