Excellent Results with Pit Boss smoker

This is my first venture into pellet smoking. Before this, I had a really nice smoker built from a 250 gallon propane tank, and I've smoked an incredible amount and array of items on it. I switched to the pellet smoker and these pellets give a really nice smoke ring and fantastic flavor with much less effort ande mess than with my old unit. I'm sold
