When I ordered the knives it said Sharp and I had never had any knives that claimed that they were sharp. When I started to use it let me tell you I don’t let my kids or grandkids near these knives. The steak knife you don’t even have to put much effort into it for it to cut right into the steak. The knife to cut potatoes the best I have ever bought. I would definitely recommend .

I have the same brand I purchased at Amazon and it's aesthetically nice and sharp but then I messed it up. I was looking to get a full set and found this here on sale. The blades are really sharp! I love using this and so as the other knives but this one is what I use more for chopping meat as this is sharper than the other one I have. Tip: to avoid from rusting, I wash and dry with towel soon as I get done using it.
