Sink Scratches Easily

Within six months this sink looks very scratched. It is also tarnished despite following manufacturers care instructions. In addition, the tabs keep falling off the racks. I contacted ELKAY and was told the scratches were normal. Had I known that I would not purchase the sink. Other manufacturers have warranties.
