I love this! I usually drink it hot and black. It has a very mild earthy taste and reminds me of roasted chicory which I also love. It's very similar to regular coffee but slightly different. I've blended it into a cold drink that I often use instant coffee for. Loved it. I've made a hot chai style beverage by just adding a tiny amount of ginger powder, cinnamon, clove powder, a hint of nutmeg and a splash of sweet cream. Also mixes well in a cup of hot cocoa! Yummy! It only takes a small amount to make a hot cuppa in the morning. I love mushrooms and this is such a fast and easy way to keep them in my diet, plus the shelf life is so much better than fresh mushrooms, although I'll still be using fresh as well. I'll definitely be keeping this in my cupboard for regular use. A
