Very Disappointed – Incorrect Parts and Poor Resolution Process I ordered a front brake kit for my Kia Sportage that was supposed to include front rotors, front brake pads, cleaner, and fluid. While the rotors were correct, I received rear brake pads instead. After looking into it, I found out the order was actually fulfilled by a third-party seller, not Walmart directly. Having to contact the seller myself was inconvenient enough, but the process to resolve the issue took three days. I was sent a prepaid FedEx label to return the incorrect parts — which meant I had to take extra time to repackage and ship them back — and the correct parts still weren't shipped immediately, even though the mistake wasn't mine. As of this review, the correct parts still have not been sent. This whole experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. Walmart needs to do better in monitoring their third-party sellers and ensuring customers receive the correct items without all this hassle.
