This is my absolute favorite vegan dairy, free cheese! It's the only brand and variety that I can eat. All the other vegan cheeses have one ingredient or another that I'm allergic to. I was devastated when I couldn't buy it at my local Walmart for several months. I was unhappy that I had to travel twice the distance to another grocery chain store to be able to get it. I'm so thankful that my Walmart again has it in stock!

A surprise!

I was pleasantly surprised when I first tasted this cheese- however, I oughtn't be- it is from this brand. I adore the smoke ked Gouda, have for years, however it was out of stock. That's why I bought this one. And Wow! I had my grilled chesse sandwiches back again- it was a pleasant childhood memory I thought I had lost. It melts oh, so nicely, too- just about right! I made some tacos too- was the perfect flaver along with the lettuce onions and tomato plus some seitan I had made. I will be buying this cheese again!

Lactose intolerant cheese addict is happy!

Being a lactose intolerant cheese addict is so hard!! Well... WAS so hard.. this cheese tastes like regular cheese. i can kinda taste a slight nutty taste I'm guessing from the nut milk they use but surprisingly it's not bad. i was petrified to try it out of fear i wouldn't like it and I'd be wasting it... i ate every slice!! the only downside is they are stuck together so the slices often break but i use a butter knife to separate them and it's perfect. 12/10!
