Best value and flavor

I have been using this for years to make pancake syrup. (Boil 1 cup water. Stir in one cup white sugar and one cup brown sugar. Boil 3 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in 1 Tbsp maple extract. Let cool to room temperature. Store in a jar in the fridge.) The Happy Home brand is the best value and flavor.
