This light was a great choice for our boat. It was a straightforward reinstall for us. Our socket doesn't have a locking collar, so I had to remove the threaded collar and screw. I reinstalled the screw as directed and added some caulk for stability. The light is highly visible.

The Ozark trail bi-color pole light was the perfect replacement for the pole light on our boat. The light it gives off is very bright and can be seen for some distance. I feel safe knowing we have a new reliable light on the boat that won't give us problems. I would definitely buy it over again and recommend it to everyone I know.
