Induction Perfection

Induction perfection because it heats quickly and HOLDS heat for a very long time. Note that directions suggest not using high heat with this pot and that advice is good - it doesn't need high heat because it's such a good heat conductor. Shape of the pot makes it perfect for spreading out while cooking - spaghetti, for boiling potatoes, etc. All-purpose excellence, imo.

Very happy with this.

This is the second pot I bought of this brand. The other is a stainless steel steamer and I've had it for years and use it often. I throw that one in the dishwasher every time I use it. Never any issues with cleaning or corrosion. This purchase, a Dutch Oven, is also really nice and big. Quality is excellent and very similar to my previous steamer. I bought this for making fastnachts (doughnuts). This being very wide and not as deep as a normal pot will work out nicely to add/remove and flip them without splashing oil around.

Really great heavy duty stainless pot. Wish it had a vent hole at the top of the lid to prevent bubbling around rim. But still works well and it was the exact size I needed at a good price and good quality
