Nice Flavor
I got this for my son, but I also tried some to see what it tastes like. It is a nice flavor. My son dilutes it into his water so he has flavored water. He's not a big fan of water. I am hopeful this helps his immune system. It is easy to measure out and it doesn't drip back onto the bottle like I have seen with other liquid bottles. I like the squeeze dropper, because I don't have to have a medicine cup to measure it out.

Excellent!
Beautiful combination of Vit C, Vit D to keep in hand when you feel a cold coming on, and the Elder Berry is so good for this as well. I should probably take the elderberry proactively to boost my immune system more. Do you own research and I am not an MD, but these levels are very safe for younger people. I'd rather have nature than chemicals and antibiotics any day!

Getting Ready for Winter
Last winter my family was sick all the time. We're taking this regularly in hopes things will be better this year. If you have kids I highly suggest getting your immune systems strong for the coming season. the taste is great and so far so good. would recommend anything from iherb.
