we use this for energy before the gym. put two packets in 10oz of water and slam it about 20 minutes before you start your workout. it is cheaper than buying the pre workout powder.

These packets are not only a money saver, they are EXCELLENT!!!! What can I say? I'm an energy drink lover! Because carrying cans around is a no go for this busy mamma! I'm a strict low carb eater for dietary purposes and these being low carb and sugar with a great taste and packed with other vitamins is such a win for me ! I keep these on hand at all times, and of all the brands I get of energy additives, this is hands down the best in taste, and mixes the best.
