I use this product for muscle pain and it works well. It lasts around four to five hours. And a little at a time is enough to relieve pain, so you won't run out of it for awhile.(For me it takes a week before I run out). The only issue I can see might be the smell. I like it but it's a strong smell, so if you don't like it, that could be a problem. Otherwise a great product.
