We double checked the measurements and it fit perfectly in our space. It might seem small to some, but worked out great for us! assembly wasn't correct. We had to figure it out. the type of screws needed and the amount and numbers weren't correct. The table is very low to the floor. definitely only for young girls like max 10 years old. a little higher would have been nicer.
