Shipping took a bit longer than expected. The price on this model went up after it was discontinued—every store that used to offer it at a lower price now shows a marked-up tag. It's part of a package commonly installed in new homes, and honestly, it feels like it was built to last only a few years. Once production stopped, folks who wanted to stick with the same type had no choice but to pay more. I'm glad I was able to find it. I use it heavily, especially with two adult children who have special needs, so durability matters. In terms of performance, it's pretty standard compared to other units today, but the price is definitely higher due to limited availability and increased demand.

Selected this microwave when meeting with our builder's design center, the full Profile line. Worked great just over 2 years (June 2023) then suddenly started sparking inside 2-5 seconds after starting it, with no metal inside. The light was flashing on and off with the sparks and it left a dark mark on the plate on the inside. I cleaned it thoroughly and it worked for the next 2 uses, but then started sparking again with loud electrical sound and the light going on and off after 3 seconds. Huge fire hazard. Very hesitant to replace this to match my kitchen knowing this last 2 years and doesn't appear to be a unique issue for builder purchased microwave. Can no longer recommend, my kids could have burned down the house.
