I add it with a scoop of my own instant coffee plus vanilla flavoring half-and-half and Stevia I have noticed that taking the mushroom coffee has really improved. My memory and focus and concentration has also improved my mood and it also has collagen in it so I no longer have to take my collagen supplement. It is a very good product and I recommend it to anyone who needs help with more focus and concentration or who dislikes a really good cup of coffee.
