Easy setup. Just unwrap all the parts and lay them out in front of you and label screws to make it less complicated. I'm 5'6 and 124 lbs. This is perfect for me. It's not bulky. Also, put the chain on the 3rd link at weights to make it glide smoothly (as shown in pic) also pic of how the cable goes, it's not as clear on instructions. Great home gym , I've been using it daily.
