I think they work!
I love this product and use this whenever I feel a cold coming on. I really feel like it has helped stop whatever I was about to get or, at least, made it less severe. I have used these for several years and always have a supply. They are a little tickly to use and can sting slightly at first, but I have gotten used to it. I hold the tube almost upside down to try to get as much of the liquid as I can and usually swab a couple more times than it calls for.
