I have tried so many electrolyte powders that I do not like. this one is great because it is made with stevia and not sugar, it tastes great and I love the addition of lion's mane! most of the sugar-free ones are made with artificial sweeteners which are dangerous. this is the only one I have found made with stevia. My doctor prescribed electrolytes for me, specifically this IQ brand. It is not salty, the flavors are good. So far the lemon-lime is my favorite, so I might order a large pack of just that next time. My energy has really improved. I used to struggle getting through my workouts, now I can do more. I also like the added L-Threonate Magnesium and Lions Mane. Those two added ingredients are why I stay with this particular brand, as well as no added sugar or crappy ingredients.
