I hated the extra-large vitamin pills in the Women's 50+ vitamins and could not find a mini-size vitamin that didn't have one or more vitamins that showed excessive percentages of the recommended dosage. EZ Melt dissolves easily, and all of the ingredients are 100% Recommended Dosage.
