Decent pre-workout drink mix

If you're a gym bro that snorts 2 scoops of pre-workout dry, this may not be for you. On a 1-10 scale for pump it's about a 7. I like it because it has a good pick me up but doesn't make me feel overly jittery or my heart pounding. I really like the taste, it's a light taste not overpowering like some, and I just add a lemonade or lemon-lime flavor pack and it's perfect. Throw in some unflavored creatine and electrolytes mix and bang good to go. It's also on the lower end of price for most preworkout drinks

Tasty and energetic

I really enjoyed this as an alternative to coffee in the morning before my workout. It mixes easily, tastes as good as other brand name lemon-lime energy drinks and provides the caffeine I need to start my day. The addition of amino acids boosts my workout and keeps me feeling strong and focuses.

Steady energy and improved performance

I received this Dymatize Energyze Pre-Workout powder in Lemon Lime flavor for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I've been taking it for almost two weeks before my cardio, resistance, and strength workouts. I like that it contains no sugar or artificial colors. It gives me an immediate burst of energy and helps me feel more focused and calm. I've also noticed improvements in my endurance and strength The only minor downside for me is the strong artificial taste, which reminds me of a sweetened lemonade-flavored drink. Since I usually prefer natural unprocessed foods, the flavor feels a bit too intense and chemical-like. However, this isn't a deal breaker—just something to note. Overall, this is a great product, and I'd definitely try it again in another flavor!
