Fits my needs perfectly. I was in search of a dog-proof litterbox and this is exactly that. My cats figured out how to use the jump-in/jump-out function within a few days; I left the top off of the box for a day, and then put it back when they were actually inside the box so they understood they'd need to jump out.

I'm a pet sitter and I also board pets in my home so I've had the opportunity to use just about every brand and model of litter box out there. This is THE best style litter box I have ever used. I couldn't be happier!! I was sadly using just the plain pan style before and what a mess it made, especially for cats who like to kick litter out of the box. I've used the standard hooded-style that also has the flap which mostly work, but they also take up a lot of floor space. I've also used various models of the automated versions, which all stink to some varying degree, especially when you have cats that like to pee in corners. Get this litter box, you won't be disappointed!!
