Overall its a great product and completes the job that I need the item to complete. The price was not a five star because I was hit with an additional cost to have a delivery, which I thought would be a tip for the driver, but at the end I was asked to also tip the driver on top of the additional cost. The quality was a 5 star because I believe this item to be of good quality and again it completes the task that i need done with no issues.

Libman mops are great . They are quality made . They absorb so much water . Very cheap price to buy . It was mailed in 1 day . The sqeezey handle can be a little hard to squeeze , but when it does ,a massive amount of water squeezes out !
