I ordered 4 Hankook iON evo AS SUV tires from Walmart and was sent 4 Goodyear Eagle Sport tires instead. The product I received was not what I ordered, yet the burden of fixing Walmart's fulfillment error was placed on me. Customer service acknowledged that the wrong tires were shipped but would only offer a return and refund rather than a straightforward replacement of the tires I originally purchased. The tires I received may be fine, but they are not the product I paid for. This experience has left me disappointed in Walmart's customer service and order fulfillment process.
