Great for my issues.

I didn't realize when I bought these that I could adjust the arch if I need to. I bought them for some of my shoes that are tight with a full orthotic. My issue is with one foot that burns on the ball of the foot. I ended up going to a podiatrist. He told me it was metatarsalgia from arch supports that were too flexible and that I needed a ridged insert with a met pad. I did buy some from his office. However, they only work in some shoes. These are great inserts. The first day I received them I put them in my sneakers and took my dog for a long walk. I love them they are perfect for me and work great in some of my shoes that can't fit sized inserts.

This is my second purchase of the Superthotics. They are as good as my custom orthotics made by my podiatrist. I loved them so much that this time I purchased them for my daughter in med school who is on her feet in the hospital all the time.
