Realgood Foods Co. Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets, 20 oz Bag (Frozen)

These are healthier chicken nuggets and not full of over crunchy fried wheat crust. They are healthier but still contain too much sodium and are a little on the salty side. Bag containing many small pieces and then several really big pieces so cooking in the air fryer was not consistent. Took off two stars for the sodium and inconsistent size.

I used to go through three bags of these a week. They were my favorite chicken on the planet unfortunately they decided to cut costs and completely change the recipe. It tastes nothing like it did prior and a full bag used to be a lean 600 cal whereas now a full bag is 900 cal fatty and slimy. Lean chicken is more expensive than fatty chicken, which is dirt cheap. If they’re having cost issues, I would’ve much rather had them slightly raise the price then completely changed the recipe into cheap junk chicken I would never recommend this to anybody. The product is now ruined absolutely terrible stay away from a trust me save your money. They clearly don’t care about the consumer just lining their pockets from savings on the cheap fatty chicken
