Im a substitute teacher and i offer these tootsie rolls to students from K-12th grade as an incentive as well as a fun treat. During the summer these bags were in sale for $8-9.88. I bought %26 have already given away all 4 bags. I bought these two at a higher price. Oh, well, am only commenting as the price has surely escalated.
