Dry/half empty pens.
I bought these to fill out fun 70's themed birthday invitations. However, when I opened them i noticed that at least 1/3 of the pens were missing over half the ink. Walmart took the return back with ZERO issues. However, I got a nasty email from the retailer, Cartridge Superstore. i do NOT appreciate being hassled about a purchase return that the product was clearly lacking! I can provide the email thread if you'd like! Completely unprofessional and uncalled for!
