The most fluffy %26 moist gf cake mix!

This gf cake mix is a fan favorite in our home! It’s very moist which is rare for baked goods that do not include gluten. We love to add mix ins to this box . I assume because it has confetti it’s thicker so they are evenly distributed. We love to add mini choc chips and they are perfectly dispersed and do not sink to the bottom. Great cake mix that guests cannot even tell is gluten free!

Wow! I'm so impressed. I can't believe this is gluten AND soy free. Score! When I made this, I used some butter, some EVOO, and some coconut oil to fulfil the 1/2 cup requirement. It added tons of moisture (sorry to use that word). There's literally no way you'd know this is GF if someone didn't tell you. Worth every penny.
