This set of 6, is a lovely shape for a serving bowl. The white is so traditional and a bit simple, but what I love is that this bowl is easy to fit any kitchen decor. Plus, no matter what the bowls are used for, I love the entire bowl design, as it's able to be heated without damage. So I can fit it into the microwave or just use it to hold the hot food I'm going to serve. Even sauces don't stain the bowl as easily as if it was plastic. I almost thought it would be too wide to fit into my microwave, to be honest, but it really does fit without a problem. I'm grateful it does because the bowls can hold a good amount of mashed potatoes, pasta, or other cooked sides or dishes. Perfect to serve to the entire family at the table or even use as single rice, soup, or salad bowl for one. I do wish it came with a handle design, be nice to carry a heavy bowl to the table or into the living room. Yet, it still is quite a nice design and so is the quality of the bowl. It's not thin, has a heavier feel, and is fully smooth all the way around.

These are heavy duty well made bowls. They fit with any decor from farm to contemporary it fits with everything. The kids love them for popcorn bowls and cereal. You can use them for fancy parties as well. They are heavy duty with glossy design. Would be great for house warming gift for any new home owners. I receive numerous compliments on these bowls and will be buying more. They come six to a pack and the package was well secured. You can see the comparison to a regular bowl in the picture below.
