Easy to assemble. My son loves that he can use this all by himself. He can put it up to the toilet by himself and change it to the sink when he needs to wash his hands. He LOVES the cushioned seat! It might be his favorite feature lol It looks more like a regular toilet than his old potty training toilet seat so I think that makes him more prone to use it. Highly recommend.
