I was having indigestion and poor intestinal absorption this seemed to help me clear it up My gripe with most probiotics is that they make me constipated thats like the opposite of what theyre supposed to do These kept me regular and I noticed my digestion improved a lot Great

Helps reduce bloating sugar cravings
I wouldnt be wout a quality probiotic and I believe I am getting a fairly reasonablypriced probiotic wthis brand I use it along wother antifungal herbs protocols to keep a healthy gut This product helps wbloating even just from when Im drinking water 0I I take CandidaFX by Dr Tobias just as a precaution for gut health All of this protocol has helped wcausing my sugarchocolatenoodles cravings to go away Thats huge Wine beer, nope, not quitting that but probably shouldbut I dont drink them because I crave them I hope this product can eventually be part of curing my mystery lower back pain Joint pain is reduced overall I recommend this product
