great foundation

I like the accordion like set up and taking down. it will fit adults and kids. I would suggest a sleeping bag, the padding is a bottom layer or blanket at best. it's nice and flat for sleeping on. it does come with a storage bag, sleeping mask and a little pillow. I had to turn it upside down and push on the feet too get the frame to lock into a flat cot surface. one end will stay angled up for the pillow end.
