Good choice for "dirty" KETO

Yes, these fat bombs go by NET carbs and not total carbs - meaning that 15 of the 16 total carbs are made up of fiber and Erthratol sweetener. If going by total carbs that would make these a no-no for hard core Keto-holics. I decided to go "dirty" KETO for awhile and count Net Carbs and these bombs are a great addition. They taste pretty darn good and the extra fiber is a welcomed addition to "bathroom duties" which can be painful on a strict KETO diet.

The BEST ket

All I can say is, I'm glad I only had 1 pack and Not 16....I would've easily ate them all in 2 days! With that being said, I wish I had 15 more! So deliciously good! What's not to love about chocolate, caramel and nuts? These could seriously be my new addiction. You have to try them atleast once. But who am I kidding....order a full box!
