Love the fabric!

On the package sheets are described as 400 thread count 100% cotton sateen and I found that extremely helpful in choosing future bed sheets The fabric is soft silky lightweight and breathable. I was only a little disappointed with the perimeter elastic on the fitted double being thinner than expected but it does offer a good grip under the deep pockets. I think if this set is washed and cared for as per instructions it could last a few good years. I don't put sheets in the dryer, just hang and air dry to help preserve the elastic and fabric and they dried in under 1/2 hour.
